Return and Refund Policy
We take great care to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. As a small-batch, handcrafted brand, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return. However, in the rare case of any issues, we’re committed to resolving them fairly and swiftly
If Your Product Arrives Damaged
We’re happy to replace any item that arrives damaged. To help us process your replacement quickly, please email us within 24hrs of delivery at care@desikanastar.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear image of the invoice
- 1 image of the outer shipping box
- 2 clear images of the damaged item(s)
- An unboxing video showing the damage (mandatory)
Once verified, we’ll initiate a replacement. It may take 7–10 working days for delivery. In case of multi-item orders, only the damaged product will be replaced.
If an Item is Missing from Your Package
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please notify us via email at care@desikanastar.com within 24hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear image of the invoice
- 1 image of the outer box
- 2 images of the opened box showing all received items
- A full unboxing video (mandatory)
We will not be able to offer refunds, but we will happily ship the missing item to you at the earliest. You can expect a response from our team within 24–48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your order is not possible once the order has been confirmed or shipped.
Desi Kanastar reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or concerns with customer details.
Refunds
To ensure a smooth refund process, we request that you record a video while opening your package, clearly showing the label and contents. If your refund is approved, the product will be picked up from your address in its original condition. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed accordingly on your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 5-7 days to reflect this amount
Please note: Partial payments made via Cash on Delivery (COD) are non-refundable.
